Make the weather call before the trucks roll

Prelay by LWNN watches the forecast at each job site you schedule and warns you when conditions cross the lines that matter to your work. Then you can decide to dispatch, delay or reshuffle crews before anyone wastes a trip.

Built for crews who work outside

Know which sites will be too wet to mow, seed or lay sod, and when a treatment will wash off before it sets. Plan the route the night before instead of in the truck.

Landscapers

Wind, rain and temperature decide whether a tear-off is safe and whether materials will seal. Get warned before you open a roof you can’t close.

Roofers

Concrete, painting, paving, tree work, fencing and more. If weather sets your schedule, Prelay can watch the conditions that matter to your work.

How Prelay works

01 · Add your sites

Enter the addresses you’re working, or put repeat sites on a schedule so Prelay knows where your crews will be.

03 · Know first

Our UI provides at-a-glance understanding of the situation.

Whenever a condition is met, Prelay sends an email, fires a webhook or calls the API of the scheduling, dispatch or messaging tools you already use, with the forecast that triggered it attached. Reporting keeps a record of every call for clients and rescheduling.

Prelays are rules for your own limits: rain in the next few hours, gusts above a set speed, temperatures below what your materials can handle.

02 · Set your Prelays

“The best weather call is the one you make before the crew leaves the yard.”
